Burger and Fries for grown-ups: The burger is served on a whole-wheat english muffin with roasted garlic aioli, bibb lettuce, pickles, carmelized onions, colby jack cheese and stone ground mustard. The fries are baked red-skin potatoes with thyme, salt and pepper.
Shepard’s Pie… I tend to cook stuff like this when I’m bored.
Mac n’ cheese with pancetta, spring onions, asiago, parmasean, romano, cheddar cheeses and white wine.
Nothing can beat it.
…a bacon and egg sandwich from CBC. Nothing at all.
